How our service works
When you join, our secure online booking system will match your requests with vetted sitters' requests. We provide personalized support by monitoring each booking to ensure a team member accepts it. If your scheduled sitter becomes unavailable, we arrange a reliable backup to keep things stress-free.

Review our prices and policies, and register with us.
Please select your preferred date and time, then submit your booking request. With dozens of wonderful sitters, we’re confident we have the perfect match for your family!
2. Request a sitter
3. Confirmation
A team member will accept your request, and you will receive an email confirmation with your profile and contact information. You're welcome to talk by phone beforehand.
4. Day of Service
Your sitter will arrive promptly at the scheduled date and time. At the end of the service, the sitter will collect payment for their time. Payments can be made via electronic options like Venmo or Apple Pay or cash.
5. Repeat
Your profile records the sitters you've worked with, allowing us to help you build a pool of preferred sitters familiar with your family’s needs.
